Modifying Reports & Invoices

My-CRM has the ability to modify the look and feel of your quotations, invoices and reports. When you click on the print button from the required screen, you will also have the option to "Edit" the selected report.

Reports

Once you have clicked on the invoice button you will be presented with the report generator showing your selected report

Report Designer

You can move fields around as required as well as adding and removing them. The colour of boxes can be changed by clicking on the "Format" drop down menu and selecting "Background Colour". Once you are happy with the layout click on the "File" drop down menu and then "Save". Once saved press the "Escape" key to return to the report list.
