Logging onto My-CRM

Logging onto My-CRM

When you run My-CRM for the first time the user name will be set to "manager" with a password of "letmein" using a demo database. See SETTING UP USERS for details on how to setup user access.

If you have purchased the Professional version of My-CRM you will notice a button at the side of the database combo box. By clicking this you can change the path of where the selected database is stored. See SETTING UP MY_CRM ON A NETWORK for details on how to setup My-CRM on a network.

Click on the "Remember my user name and password" if you want to have My-CRM automatically populate the User Name and Password fields with your details. Please note. It is not wise to use this option if you share computer access with another person.
