Filters
My-CRM has the ability to filter records so you can view the records you want to see on screen and in reports. To set a filter click on the filters button to be presented with a form like the one shown below. To set a filter select the from the list and click on activate. Clicking on Release will release any set filter and will then show all records

Modules have pre-defined filters as well as the ability to create your own. In this case click on the "User Defined" button to be presented with a form similar to the one shown below

Click on the "Add" button to start creating your filter. This example above will create a filter to show all contacts that have an email address.

Select the field and the operator and click on the OK button. Continue clicking on the "Add" button to build your required filter

Once you have built your filter click on the "More" button and select "Store" giving your filter a description. Your new filter will then be shown in the filter list for you to activate
