Create Project/Issue

Click "Projects" from the menu bar to be presented with the following screen.

View projects can be done by the list view or by a familiar gantt chart view as shown below

To create a new project click on the "New" button to be presented with the following screen

Details

If you wish to link a project to a customer, enter the customer or select from the list. The contact, telephone and email details will be automatically transferred.

Enter a brief description of the project against the "Details" field and enter the projected date range for the project.

You can assign a status and priority against the project to help prioritise project management.

Projects can be created as projects in their own right or can be a phase of another project. If the project you are creating is a phase of another project select the parent project from the list of projects from the "Is a Phase of" field.

You can view project phases of the parent phase from the Project Phase tab
