Create Project Invoice

Project invoices can be created in phases (as you earn) or as a final invoice once the project has been completed.

The easiest way to create an invoice based on time and billing is to create an invoice from the project in question. From the project screen click on the "Invoice" link. You will then be presented with a blank invoice showing the customer for the project. Click on the TAB key to be presented with a list of billable Time and Billing expenses

Select the items from the list and click on the "Add selected" button. The selected items will then appear on the invoice screen

Details

A Time and Billing invoice is available for Project Invoices which splits the invoice into Time, Materials and Expense.
