Contact Clipboard

The contacts screen has the facility to copy the contacts name and address to the clipboard for use in other windows applications. If you use the Dymo label printer you will find this function very useful!

Click on the clipboard button at the top right of the contact screen (next to the help button) Contact Screen where you will be presented with a list of clipboard functions

It is also possible to create a contact from the clipboard. For Example. If you have have a web enquiry form it is possible to create a contact from the data you receive in the email. The data must be formatted as shown below

Telephone 1

Mobile

Telephone 2

Email

Website

Contact Type

Enquiry

If required you can click on the edit clipboard to arrange your clipboard text to the above format
