If you are unable to resolve a question or you have difficulty running MI, please call us or send us a letter or email describing the problem. Include the program version number, the exact text of the error message (if any) and a complete description of the problem, the option you were running when the error occurred and any supplemental data that you entered under the option. If possible, please also include a disk created using the Backup Data Files button (your data will be held in strict confidence). We will investigate the problem and respond as quickly as possible.
