Toolbar Buttons

Main Screen

Open - Open another plan file

Save - Save the current plan file

Copy - Copy a cell, row or selected group of cells to the clipboard

Paste - Paste from the clipboard to a cell, row, selected group of cells or a text box.

Calculator - Display the windows calculator

Help - Display help for the current window

Navigator - Display/Hide the Plan Navigator

Wizard - Display/Hide the Easy Start Wizard

Send To - Send the current plan as an attachment with an E-Mail

Exit - Exit the Business Planner

Table Screens

All the table screens include a similar toolbar that appears at the top of the window and may include any of the following buttons:

OK - Close screen (and save all changes if applicable)

Exit - Close screen and discard any changes if applicable.

Add row - Add a new row at the end of the displayed table

Insert row - Insert a new row above the selected/marked row

Delete row - Delete the selected/marked row

Print Table - Create a report for the current table, showing it on the print preview screen

Forecast - Copy cell values across next periods

Display Years Only - Display years only or all the periods

Show/Hide Percentage Columns - Display percentage columns next to the amount columns

Display in table view - Display the current table without tree structure

Display in tree view - Display the current table as a tree structure

Display Options - Arrange the screen in different arrangements: display table with graph or just one of them.

Export to MS Excel file - Exports the displayed table to MS Excel
