Browse Remote Server

You can select a task and use the Tools > Browse Remote Server menu to browse the remote server. This menu is only available after you have backed up to the remote server. When you select the Tools > Browse Remote Server menu, a dialog window will display all files and folders on the server. Double click on a folder to open it, use the drop down list box at the top of the window to navigate to a previously opened folder, or click on the Up button (first button at the top of the window) to go up one level. Close the window when you are done.

Save File Double click the selected file, or right click on the file and click on the Save menu item. A dialog is displayed for you to choose the local folder you want to save to. If you want to save and exit, click the Save button (at the lower right corner of the window).

Save Files To Select the files and right click to show the menu. Select the Save To menu item. A dialog is displayed for you to choose the local folder you want to save to. Delete Files and Folders Select the files and folders and right click to show the menu. Select the Delete menu item or click on the Delete button (third button at the top of the window).

Create New Folder Right click in the empty space and select New Folder, or you can use the New Folder button (second button at the top of the window) to create a new folder.

Compare Folder with Local Folder Right click in the empty space and select Compare Folders. A dialog is displayed for you to choose the local folder you want to compare to. The items that do not exist in the local folder are selected. You can save or delete those items to synchronize the remote and local folders.

Open File Select the file and right click to show the menu. Select the Open menu item. The file will be saved to the local temporary folder and use the default program of your computer to open it. To open and exit, click the drop down arrow on the Save button (at the lower right corner of the window) and select the Open option.

Open With Select the file and right click to show the menu. Select the Open With menu item. The file will be saved to the local temporary folder. A Open With dialog is displayed. To open with and exit, click the drop down arrow on the Save button (at the lower right corner of the window) and select the Open With option.

Rename File or Folder Select the file or folder and right click to show the menu. Select the Rename menu item. Enter the new name in the edit box.

Refresh Right click in the empty space and select Refresh to reload the list from the current folder.
