How To Backup And Restore Microsoft Outlook

Systweak Right Backup helps you take backup of your mails and address book of Microsoft Outlook. It also allows you to take backup from one system and restore that backup on another system.

Steps to backup Microsoft Outlook:

You can now easily backup Microsoft Outlook mails and mail settings with the help Systweak Right Backup. As explained in How to create backup topic you need to create a job for taking backup of Microsoft Outlook also.

When you are on the step what to backup, select Outlook under My Personal tab.

You can take backup of account settings, message database, signatures and other settings of Outlook.
Follow the steps as specified in the How to create backup to complete job creation.

How to Restore Microsoft Outlook

Click on Restore on the welcome page. Browse and select the backup files as explained in the How to restore a backup. Select what you want to restore in Microsoft Outlook from the step Select What to Restore.

After restoring to Outlook, it may still display the folder, which was there before the restoration. In order to view the restored data or your mail or contacts, you need to expand the folders list.
