Tray Icon
When Handy Backup Pro is running, Handy Backup Pro icon  (the agent) appears in the system tray. Handy Backup Pro agent requires few system resources, yet:
- indicates that Handy Backup Pro is running;
- enables the program scheduler to work;
- enables to open the program window by double-clicking the agent;
- allows using some agent menu options.
Agent Menu
Agent menu is available on right-clicking the agent. All menu options are performed with user's left-click.
- Open Handy Backup Pro: Enables to open the program window when it is minimized.
- Execute All Items: Upon clicking this option, the program executes all items simultaneously. Note that this option cannot be used when backing up on a CD/DVD, as in this case only the item that has managed to lock the CD/DVD first will be backed up.
- Exit: Enables to exit the program (the program will be terminated and the agent will disappear from the system tray).
Working Statuses
When Handy Backup Pro window is closed, the agent indicates the following working statuses of the program:
 - the program is executing one or several items;
 - one or several operations have finished with an error.
