1. What's the difference between trial version and registered version?
As to trial version, there will be a watermark on the generated video files, while the registered version enables you to enjoy our timely after-sales services. When you are using the trial version, there is a "Try" button on the prompt dialogue box every time you launch the conversion program by clicking the desktop icon or quick launch icon. With the registered version, there is no "Try" button, and you just need to register with the registration code when it is the first time you launch the program.
2. How can I pay for the software?
There are several ways to purchase our software. You can pay by credit card online or credit card by fax or by phone. You can also pay by ACH with Proforma Invoice, wire transfer, bank check/cheque or Paypal in USD.
3. Can I get a CD version of this software?
Yes, you can. You need to pay more for the CD version, as it will be delivered to you as soon as possible, which depends on the delivery from the post office.
4. When can I get my retail version after I sent in order?
Once you have sent in your order, you will receive an email with registration details from our E-commerce Payment Processing Service provider, SWREG or REGNOW, which depends on the vendor you selected, within 24 hours.
The email with registration details contains the official version's setup file download URL and the registration code. Download the file from the URL, run and install it. If you've installed a trial version of the product before, please uninstall it first. When it is the first time for the program to launch, it will prompt you to enter the registration code. After a valid registration code is verified, the program will run without any limitation.
If you do not receive the registration details email within 24 hours, please contact our support or send an email to support@flash-video-mx.com with your Order ID and registered email address for the purchase.
5. After entering the registration code, I was told that the code was invalid. What's wrong?
Please copy the code directly from the email we offered and then paste it to the box without any space in the beginning or at the end of the code, otherwise the code is recognized as invalid.
Please make sure that the current version on your site is the registered version. The trial version has a button "Try" on the prompted dialogue box once you launch the Moyea conversion program after you click the desktop icon or quick launch icon. For the registered version, there is only a "Register" button.
If the current version is a trial version, please download the registered version from the download link we offer you after your purchase registration. Please uninstall the trial version before installing the registered version. If the current version is the registered version, please contact our support or send an email to support@flash-video-mx.com with your Order ID or your registered email address for the purchase.
6. I have lost my serial number.
You can contact our support or send an email to support@flash-video-mx.com with your Order No. with your registered email address for the purchase. You will retrieve it in your registered email box after the information is confirmed by our support. If you are not using the registered email address, please send us your Order No. and registered email address, plus mail address or phone No. or other information you keep for your purchase.
7. I want to change my email address to a new one in my registratin info.
If you want to change the delivery address for the registration information, please contact our support or send an email to support@flash-video-mx.com with your Order No. and registered email address, plus mail address or phone No. or other information you keep for your purchase.
