Help List
This step could be applied to the Pro version as well as the Lite version of the FLV to Video Converter.
Click on the icon  , and you can see the pop-up drop-down menu as below:
This drop-down menu show all the miscellaneous aspect about the use of the FLV to video conversion program, which will be ellaborated one by one.
Help: Clicking on Help will help you to pop up the present CHM Help document.
Support: Clicking on Support will link you to the Support Center in the official website of Moyea Software. In the Support Center, you are able to submit any kinds of possible questions concerning the program to the Customer Service Workers of Moyea to seek answers.
Update: If the program installed on your computer is not the latest version, clicking on Update will pop up a message reminding you to upgrade the product to the latest version, Or the following message will appear:
Settings: This Settings is different from the Settings Tab in the main interface: Settings Tab is about the audio and video parameter adjustment while this Settings is about the peripheral aspects: options of stretching or keeping the original aspect ratio, and check box of playing back the selected video at once or not.
About: Clicking on this option will help you to access the current version history of the program and other detailed information.
