1. What's the difference between the trial version and the registered version?
As to the trial version, there will be a watermark on the generated files, while the registered/retail version enables you to enjoy our timely after-sales services. When you are using the trial version, there is a "Try" button every time you launch the program. With the retail version, there is no "Try" button, and you just need to register with the registration code when it is the first time you launch the program. The registration code only works with the retail version. The trial version can not recognize the registration code. The function to create independent FLV player is only available in the retail version.
2. How can I pay for the software?
There are several ways to purchase our software. You can pay by credit card online or credit card by fax or by phone. You can also pay by ACH with Proforma Invoice, wire transfer, bank check/cheque or PayPal in USD.
3. Can I get a CD version of this software?
Yes, you can. However, SWREG does not support CD delivery now, therefore you should purchase the software through REGNOW. You need to pay more for the CD version, as it will be delivered to you as soon as possible, which depends on the delivery from the post office.
4. When can I get my retail version after I sent in order?
Once you have sent in your order, you will receive an email with registration details from our E-commerce Payment Processing Service provider, SWREG, within 24 hours.
The email with registration details contains the official version's setup file download URL and the registration code. Download the file from the URL, run and install it. If you've installed a trial version of the product before, please uninstall it first. When it is the first time for the program to launch, it will prompt you to enter the registration code. After a valid registration code is verified, the program will run without any limitation.
If you do not receive the registration details email within 24 hours, please contact our support or send an email to support@video-to-flash.com with your Order No. and registered email address for the purchase.
5. After entering the registration code, I was told that the code was invalid. What's wrong?
Please copy the code directly from the email we offered and then paste it to the box without any space in the beginning or at the end of the code, otherwise the code is recognized as an invalid code.
Please make sure that the current version on your site is the retail version. The trial version has a button "Try", after you click the desktop icon or quick launch icon. There is only a "Register" button for the retail version.
If the current version is a trial version, please download the retail version from the download link we offered after your purchase. Please uninstall the trial version before installing the retail version. If the current version is the retail version, please contact our support or send an email to support@video-to-flash.com with your Order ID or your registered email address for the purchase.
6. I have lost my serial number. What should I do?
You can contact our support or send an email to support@video-to-flash.com with your Order No. and your registered email address for the purchase. You will retrieve it after the information is confirmed by our support. If you are not using the registered email address, please send us your Order No. and registered email address, plus mail address or phone No. or other information you keep for your purchase.
7. I want to change my email address to a new one in my registration info.
If you want to change the delivery address for the registration information, please contact our support or send an email to support@video-to-flash.com with your reason to change the email address, your Order No. and registered email address, plus mail address or phone No. or other information you keep for your purchase.
8. Will the updates be free of charge, if I have purchased the software?
It is free to update the same version suffix, e.g. it is free to upgrade from v1.1 to v1.6, but you may have to pay extra fee for the upgrade from v1.12 to v2.1. The price to upgrade from v1.10 to v2.0 is reserved. You may don’t need to pay for a major upgrade. Generally, there will be a great upgrade when the version suffix is changed, with which you may have tremendous enjoyment with the upgrade.
9. I will install it on my PC, but soon I'll purchase a new laptop. Must I purchase two licenses?
You have to uninstall the program completely from the old computer and delete the installation folder from the old computer. Then download the retail version from the link we offered after you purchased to the new laptop and then install it.
You should purchase two licenses, if you also want to use the software on both the old computer and the new laptop.
