Open VCD... - adds the whole VCD disc to the list of opened files
Open SVCD... - adds the whole SVCD disc to the list of opened files
Open CD... - adds the whole CD disc to the list of opened files

PSP Video Manager - launches the PSP Uploader
Preferences... - opens the Program Settings dialog window
