Searching/Sorting/Filtering Records
Find date
The database is parted on day portions for simplicity of use. Press "Find date" button (this command is available from main menu and pop-up menu). "Date" dialog window will appear. Choose a required year, month and day.
Find time
Press the "Find time" button to find record in the database by time (this command is available from main menu and pop-up menu). "Time" dialog window will appear. Choose required hour and minute. The database record with nearest time will be selected.
Find text
Each record in the database can have text comment up to 40-character length. For comment input press [F2] or do click on the comment field and then write text. It is easy to find the record with comment. Click "Find text" button (command available from main and pop-up menu). When dialog window appears type a sought text.
Sorting records
Records in the table can be sorted by time, length, number of channel, telephone number or commentary. For that, click corresponding field of the table header. Field used for sorting is marked by the symbol "^".
Filtration of records
It is possible to display information for one channel in the table only. Use field "Channel" for choosing of channel. For filtering by time use the button "Time filtering". There are the fields for the choice of time filtration range. By their activation the corresponding dialogs will appear.
