- PCM 8KHz - standard sound format of Windows. No compression. Original quality.
- CyTeG SMP - sound format of CyberTech group.
- Both codecs are present by any Windows settings.
- Other formats are supported, provided corresponding codecs are installed in Windows.
- Codecs for Microsoft ADPCM 4KB/s, GSM 6.10 formats can be installed by "Audio compression" installing. (Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Windows Setup > Multimedia > Audio compression).
- Supports Microsoft MPEG Layer-3 codecs (MP3), if they are installed in the system.

The database functions and features include the following:
1) automatic earmarking date and time for each record;
2) text comments for each record;
3) records filtration and search by various keys such as; channel number, date, zero time of record, duration or even by comment ;
- Playing any recording (group of records); for a particular record, it is possible to search required fragment (by using "rewinding forward/backward");
- Export of selected records as standard wav-files;
- System activity reports generation for a given time interval;
- Possibility to work with the database without interrupting ongoing recording;
- Hierarchical systems of the data storage/archiving;
- Password protection for the recorded data against the unauthorized access;
- Mode – continuous/non-stop, round-the-clock;
- CPU usage: Intel Celeron TM 1000 MHz for 2 channels recording - < 1%;
- Connection for Web-modes: any IP-connection (e.g. direct modem connection, LAN, Internet).
Minimal hardware requirements:
- Processor - Pentium-100 or higher;
- OS - Windows 95(OSR-2)/98/ME/NT/2000/XP;
- Full Duplex sound card(s).
