Use this page for setting the general system parameters and configuration control.
Use the "Number of Channels" field to set number of channels. If your computer has only one sound card and the amount of channels is more than 2 programs will work in compatibility mode of 4-channels, about what appropriate check box will indicate. In this mode it is possible to work 1 and 2 channels or 3 and 4 simultaneously.
"Check Time of Inactivity [min]" is used for warning about inactivity of channel. Inactivity of channel is indicated by colouring of corresponding of Oscillograph/Level Indicator panel.
"WAV-file folder" is the folder, where converted sound files will be write by default (>>).
To use external audio player (for example WinAmp) check the check box “Use External Audio Player”. Do not forget point to location of this player.
If the check box “Minimize in tray” is checked then the application will be minimized in tray (near Windows clock).
“Animated Icon” turns ON/OFF the application icon animation.
If the check box “Invisibility” is checked then Atropos-SB will stay invisible during minimizing. To restore run Restore.Bat from Atropos-SB folder or atrop_SB.exe with parameter -RESTORE.
"OS Restarting:" let define schedule for restarting the Windows.
This settting serves for recording hang-up preventing on some PC configuration.
