The next step is to specify which channels your recording software supports.
Specifying a channel can be done in two ways.
If the channel names in your recording software are exactly like you want them to appear in WebShifter, then you can just enter the channel names, each on a separate line.
If the channel names in your recording software are not like you want them to appear in WebShifter, for instance if a channel is represented by a non-descriptive numeric ID, you first type the name of the channel as you want it to show up in WebShifter directly followed by an equal sign (=) and the channel ID from your recording software.

Add a new TV card - Step 4
The final step in the configuration of your recording software is specifying any recording quality profiles.
If your software does not support profiles, you can leave this tab empty, otherwise specify the names of the profiles exactly like they appear in your recording software.

Click 'Save' to the save the configuration.
WebShifter now has an extra tuner it can use for recording.
