Add New TV Card

Add a new TV card - Step 1

Recording

On the tab Settings > Recording > Software click on the green plus to bring up the 'New recording software interface' wizard.

This wizard will guide you through configuring a new tuner and its recording software.

Configuration

Select the software you want to use for recording.

This software is not included with WebShifter and must already be installed your PC.

If your software is not listed select 'Other command-line based recording software'.

Depending on the selected recording software you will get some additional questions about the location of the recording software and some related settings.

WebShifter will try to import as much information as possible about channels and recording quality profiles and provide basic settings for running the recording software.
