VCS Preferences
You can configure AV VCS 5.5 Silver according to your preferences. For example, you can choose automatic launching of AV VCS on Windows startup, select microphone, enable autoupdate, etc.
To configure AV VCS 5.5 Silver Preferences click Preferences button on the Main panel.
- Record non-morphed streams check-box: When enabled, VCS Recorder will be recording all the streams as non-morphed.
- Process VCS Player in Morpher: check-box If enabled, all the files played in AV VCS Player will be morphed in real-time mode.
- Launch VCS on Windows startup: check-box To launch AV VCS automatically after Windows operation system has been started.
- Select microphone on startup: check-box
AV VCS has an "Autoselect microphone at start" option. If this option is enabled AV VCS selects microphone and adjusts its optimum volume level in system mixer.
- Level slider Move the slider to manually adjust microphone volume level
- Minimize VCS to system tray: check- box If enabled, you can minimize VCS into system tray of your computer. To restore any VCS utilities (Player, Recorder, Comparator, Parody and Analyzer) directly from a system tray you have to make right mouse click on VCS icon and choose the correspondent module. Also system tray icon allows you to switch on/off Duplex function, to choose Nickvoices, Parodies, to switch off or to exit VCS.
- Transparency slider: Move the slider to install the desired level of transparency of VCS on your desktop, then click Apply button.
- Boost check-box: To boost or attenuate microphone frequency band.
Note, that this function works not with all sound cards!
- Enable Autoupdate: check-box AV VCS has built-in update manager. Should AV VCS be launched, update manager starts seeking for updates. If new update is found, user will be prompted to download and run it. Autoupdate feature can be switched off but user can start update manager manually at any time.
- Check for update: now button to start checking for updates right at the moment.
Note: To close the VCS Preferences panel and apply the new preferences, click OK. To close the VCS Preferences panel without performing any operation, click Cancel. If you want to apply the new preferences without closing the VCS Preferences panel, click Apply.
