Advanced Effects Panel
AV VCS 5.5 Silver has an Advanced Effects Panel. To display the Advanced Effects Panel, click the Advanced button on the Main panel. The Advanced Effects Panel contains two modules: Equalizer and Effects.
Equalizer

To display Equalizer module, click the Equalizer tab on the Advanced Effects Panel. To turn the Equalizer on, click the on/off button.
Equalizer offers the major means of control for the customized voice quality. It lets you divide the sound input range into 10 frequency bands: 32 Hz, 64 Hz, 128 Hz, 256 Hz, 512 Hz, 1024 Hz, 2048 Hz, 4096 Hz, 8000 Hz and 16000 Hz. The lower frequency bands are in the left half of the panel, the higher ones, in right half. Each frequency band is assigned to a slider. To turn the volume of a frequency band up or down, move the corresponding slider up or down.
There are 16 Equalizer presets supplied with AV VCS: eight presets for voice morphing (Basic, Gentle, Silky, Soft, Clear, Harsh, Sharp, and Tender), and eight presets for song morphing (Classic, Country, Folk, Jazz, Pop, Rap, Reggae, and Rock). To choose one of the presets, click the Preset button. You can change, save, and load your own presets as well. To save a preset for future use, click the Save button. To load a saved preset, click the Load button. If you are not satisfied with your adjustments, click Reset command in Preset menu, and all sliders will return to the zero value (the middle of each frequency band).
Effects

With AV VCS 5.5 Silver, you can explore the world of sound effects. AV VCS helps you record your voice, change the way it sounds by applying various effects, and create perfect voice files for your movies, audio and video clips, or for any other purposes.
To display Effects module, click the Effects tab on the Advanced Effects Panel. To turn the Effects on, click the on/off button.
In the All Effects pane (left one) you will find the list of 12 groups of ready-to-use special effects. Apply an effect and your voice output will be instantly modified. To apply an effect, double-click it or select the corresponding check-box and this effect will appear in the Selected Effects pane (right one). Some effects are stereo effects, so you should change the Mode to Stereo to work with them. Real-time audio effects allow you to morph a sound file in any manner you wish. You may apply any number of effects for different groups (but only one effect from a group!) to the file in any order, and/or overlay an effect with another so in the end you may achieve the sound that may surprise you. Use Save and Load buttons to save and load your effects layouts. Reset button clears the Selected Effects pane from all the effects.
