The Locate Audio section allows you to specify the Music and Effects files location (directory), and the Program will show you all the audio files here much like a Music Library.
You have 12 Effects function buttons on the Program UI.
Just choose a sound effect and drag it on one of the 12 effects buttons located below in the ePodcast Creator Main program window.
