Editing

ePC Editor

After recording the Podcast the waveform traces of the Voice and Music tracks are displayed in the ePodcast Creator window.

The user can visually examine the nuances of the music (or sound). If you wish to edit one or both of these tracks, click on the Edit Voice Track or Edit Music Track, and the Editor will open.

Edit Voice Track

Location: Edit Menu

After recording a podcast you can edit the voice Track. Click on Edit Voice Track and the Editor window will open. Once you have completed editing your voice track in the editor, go to File->Save. A dialog box will open asking if you are through making changes to your Voice track. Click OK, then close the window and you will return to the Recording interface.

Edit Music Track

Location: Edit Menu

After recording a podcast you can edit the Music Track. Just click on Edit Music Track and the fully integrated editing program especially created for editing your performances will open. When you are through editing the Music track, go to File->Save, then click the X in the right hand side of the Editor to close the Editor. A dialog box will ask you if your are through making your changes. Click OK.

Edit Mixed Track

Location: Edit Menu

After recording a podcast you can edit the Mixed Track. In order to do so, you must first click Save Mixed Track. (Note: Once you have saved your program as a mixed track, you WILL NOT be able to go back and edit the Voice or the Music Tracks separately. Make sure you have edited these tracks before clicking Save Mixed Track.) Just click Edit Mixed Track and ePodcast Creator will open ePodcast Editor, allowing you to edit the entire mixed track.
