Miscellaneous Options

Checking this option will highlight the notes being played on the keyboard.
Check this option to include tempo errors in score.
Rhythmic errors will be displayed on the screen below each note that was played incorrectly.

Uncheck these two options to remove the rhythmic analysis component from the lesson. Use the program in this mode to practice note recognition only.

Select the maximum number of measures per game. The range is 5 to 100 measures.
Check here to show the beat numbers at the top of the stave.
Check here to shade middle C on the on screen piano keyboard.

Set the external midi output volume for generated melody. Your midi system must be properly configured for this function to work. This program transmits and receives on channel 1 only.

Check here to have each measure’s tempo results spoken. This is an excellent way to monitor your tempo progress.
