Adding Computer
You can add new computers to the inventory list by using the context menu item "Add computer" (or by selecting "File - Add computer" on the main menu, or by clicking on the corresponding button on the toolbar). That will open the "Computer card" window.
Enter the required fields on the form (record name, network address - DNS, WINS, or IP address).
Enter the inventory and serial numbers of computer components. In order to do this, select the component and click "Serial #" or "Inv. #" accordingly.
Enter additional information (room, phone number, etc.) at the bottom part of the window. Select the necessary field and then click "Edit".
You can edit existing fields or add your own fields in the sections "Inventory information" and "Additional information". This can be done in the Settings window (the sections "Inventory" and "Custom fields").
Confirm the changes by clicking "Finish". The new computer will be added to the list.
Warning! The unregistered program can not add more than 3 computers to the inventory list. Please purchase license key for working with the needed number of computers.
