Service
Service functions provide information and control over your computer's resources and access rights:
- Connections - Helps monitor and control connections to our network resources by remote users.
- Hostname by IP - Returns device's hostname by its IP address.
- Shared resources - Allows giving remote users access permissions to access your files and folders.
- Network traffic - Monitors incoming and outgoing data flow that goes through your network adaptor.
- State monitoring - Monitors events, which you have selected to be notified of immediately or which should be recorded or perform some actions when the events occur.
- Scan <Network neighbourhood> - Similar to Windows' Network neighborhood. Displays list of available network domains (workgroups).
- Scan IP address range - Scans network's range of IP adresses and allows to get all available hosts (by scanning TCP ports).
- Re-verify devices - Initiates background ping process; returns status of network devices.
- Get MAC and IP addresses - Initiates process of getting IP and MAC-addresses of all objects on the map.
